Job Description

Position Overview

As the Tailored Operations Specialist at CYC Tailor, you will be at the heart of ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass e-commerce order fulfilment, fabric procurement for made-to-measure cut piece orders, and handling ad hoc administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Order Fulfilment:

• Efficiently process and fulfil e-commerce orders to guarantee prompt delivery.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in packaging and order accuracy.
• Collaborate with our logistics vendor to oversee the shipping and delivery process.

 

2. Fabric Sourcing for Cut Piece Orders:

• Expertly source premium fabrics, meticulously aligning them with customers' specific orders and requirements.
• Validate fabric quantities and article numbers to ensure accuracy in procurement.
• Proactively manage orders involving out-of-stock fabrics, swiftly ensuring that the sale team selects suitable replacements to meet delivery deadlines.

 

3. Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks:

• Provide vital support by assisting with diverse administrative responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of CYC Tailor. 
• Maintain comprehensive records, proficiently manage documentation, and actively contribute to miscellaneous operational tasks within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce order fulfilment, fabric sourcing, or administrative roles is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Passion for fashion and textiles is a plus.
