Q: When do I know my shirt is ready?
Once your shirt is ready, you will receive an email or a phone call informing you of the delivery schedule. We require your phone number in order for the courier to arrange a convenient timing with you to receive your shirt.
Q: I live overseas. Do you do overseas delivery?
Yes we do. For overseas express, your delivery will be fulfilled by DHL Express Worldwide. Depending on your region, you may or may not incur VAT charges. This will be indicated during checkout when you select the shipping method.
Q: I changed my mind after receiving my shirt. Can I request a refund?
As shirts are made to order, we do not allow refunds. You may visit either our Capitol Piazza or Fullerton Hotel store should you wish to exchange your shirt within 7 days of receiving your shirt. We will proceed with the exchange only if the shirts are in their unworn, original, shipped condition.
